Geoff is the Principal at Northpath Investments and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and asset management. Geoff has 18 years of real estate investment experience and during the course of his career has been involved in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to Northpath, he was a Managing Director at Crescendo Real Estate Partners, Senior Associate at Structure Tone Equities, and an Associate at ARC Global Partners. Geoff holds a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business.

Gershon assists with the firm’s acquisitions and investors relations. Gershon has over 20 years of real estate experience and has purchased and managed more than 50 properties, primarily located in Northeast & New York metropolitan markets. Gershon’s traditional focus has been on ground up development and value-add transactions, and has the experience to navigate through complicated transactions that have significant leasing, environmental, and entitlement risk.

Prior to Northpath, Asher was a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Brookfield Properties Retail, Director of Portfolio Management at Rouse Properties, and a Financial Analyst at Cohen Commercial Properties. Asher holds an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, as well as a BA in Economics from Queens College.
